As CEO of Mashery, an Intel company, Oren Michels has led the team responsible for connecting 175 leading brands with 200,000 developers to build 62,000 live apps using APIs. Prior to Intel’s acquisition of Mashery in 2013, Oren created the Business of APIs conference, now in its sixth year. Before joining Mashery, Oren served in executive roles for a number of successful startups, including Feedster, WiFinder, Colt HR, and Winebid.com. He holds a BS in electrical engineering from MIT and an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial studies from UCLA’s Anderson School.
