It’s Coming To Get Us
CNN reports that a huge solar storm blast is hitting the earth (just about now), interfering with navigation systems and satellite phones.
These storms are rated with a CME of 3 on a scale of 1-5. CME stands for Coronal Mass Ejection — one of the more interesting measurement scales that I’ve seen in a long time. (I suppose we’ll soon start getting spam on how to increase our CME.)
