Google’s Adsense program has given mere mortals with a website (or even with a freely-hosted web page) an easy way to put up advertisements and (presumably) make quick cash. (A quick test of TechnologyReview.com reveals that we would have advertisements on bluetooth and nanotechnology. A lot of nanotechnology.)
