Worth reading, this analysis says that the current Orkut terms-of-service gives Google (through Orkut) the right to any intellectual property generated through the service. This means that if you message somebody on Orkut about a business plan, Google owns it. Or, at least, Google has a world-wide non-exclusive license to the content.
