Youth Protest Against Changes In School Exam System In UK

Youth protests in front of the Department for Education as a new exam rating system has been introduced in British education system – London, England on August 16. Nearly 280 thousand students saw their A-Level grades downgraded after the introduction of the controversial award model Ofqual. 5 million GCSEs will be awarded using this algorithm. Protesters say Ofqual privileges private schools and downgrades students of less privileged backgrounds. (Photo by Dominika Zarzycka/NurPhoto via AP)
