Nobel Laureates Lead Economics Symposium
Stars in economics and finance, including prominent policymakers, influential public intellectuals, and seven Nobel Prize winners, convened January 27 and 28 to honor the Institute’s influential economics program at the MIT150 symposium “Economics and Finance: From Theory to Practice to Policy.” Media reports noted that the gathering of world leaders in economics and finance was also an MIT reunion because so many participants were alumni.
