Verizon Files First Lawsuit Over Cell Phone Spam
A short but important article by Brian McWilliams describes a lawsuit filed last month by Verizon against 50 unidentified “John Does” who are spamming customer cellphones. Interesting case, considering that the FCC is “still trying to hammer out regulations governing cell phone spam.” In fact, the FCC is accepting comments on CAN-SPAM. So go file some and make your voice heard!
