In anticipation of 20th Century Fox’s July 16th release of I, Robot, the Singularity Institute announced 3 Laws Unsafe, a critique of Asimov’s 3 laws of robotics.

Edward Rothstein also has an interesting article in the new York Times explaining how Asimov’s vision of robots is fundamentally different from the vision presented in the movie: Asimov saw robots as our friends, always, and wasn’t interested in Frankstein-like plots where our creation turns against us.
