When will I receive my first issue?

It usually takes 6-8 weeks for the first issue of a subscription to arrive.

I paid for my subscription via check in the mail. When can I expect to start using my subscription to access digital content?

When we receive your payment, a confirmation email will be sent from technologyreview@texterity.com with a link to your digital edition.

Each time the digital edition is published, you will receive an email from technologyreview@mailings1.gtxcel.com, which contains a link to the digital edition. (Please set up your system to allow emails from “@mailings1.gtxcel.com” to ensure they don’t go to your spam folder.) 

Alternatively, you can visit digitaledition.technologyreview.com and when prompted, enter the email address at which you received the issue alert email.

To allow us to provide the highest level of service, please use this form to submit any additional requests for assistance. Using this form provides our support team with the necessary technical information (browser, operating system, platform, etc.) to most efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any problems you may be experiencing.

How can I access the Digital Edition?

Upon subscribing, a confirmation email is sent to you from technologyreview@texterity.com with a link to your digital edition.

Each time the digital edition goes live you will receive an email from technologyreview@mailings1.gtxcel.com. (Please set up your system to allow emails from”@mailings1.gtxcel.com” to ensure you receive the mailings for future issues in your inbox.) You must use that link to access your digital edition.

Alternatively, you can access the Digital Edition using your web browser here.

Enter the email address, at which you received the issue alert email, only if prompted.

If you still have trouble, please use this form to submit any additional request for assistance. Using this form provides our support team with the necessary technical information (browser, operating system, platform, etc.) to most efficiently troubleshoot and resolve any problems you may be experiencing.

How do I activate my Insider account?

To activate your Insider account, first visit our account activation screen here.

Enter your account credentials and click “Activate Account.”

If you encounter an error that states we couldn’t find your account, try entering your postal code and account number, which can be found on your magazine or in the confirmation email you received when you signed up.

Create a password and check the Terms and Service box. Your username or email address will be pre-filled from the previous steps.
