Socially Responsible Real Estate in China
The Center for Real Estate—and the Institute as a whole—marked a major milestone in January with one of the largest gifts in MIT’s history: $118 million to establish a real estate entrepreneurship lab that will promote social responsibility among entrepreneurs and academics worldwide, with particular focus on China.
