Last December I reviewed the new Treo 600 . I liked the phone, but was annoyed that it crashed sometimes.
Well, once Sprint turned on two-way SMS, the phone started crashing a lot. I took my phone into the Sprint store and they told me that there is an update available on their website. When I installed the update it re-flashed my phone with a new set of applications. And now it doesn’t crash anymore.
It’s really nice to see a company actually letting people get their phones updated, rather than just telling them to buy new ones.
