Wonder what those little [XML] tags are on the Technology Review website? They’re RSS feeds. Hiawatha Bray has a nice article about RSS and XML in the Boston Globe.

The skinny is that you can use a news aggregator to automatically scan XML feeds and alert you to when there is new news ready. So every time somebody from the Technology Review blogging team puts up a new message, you’ll be notified.

What’s the best aggregator? Probably amphetadesk.
