Get Your Quad Charts Ready!
The US DoD has put out this Broad Agency Announcement (PDF) asking for bids for new technology that will help combat a variety of forms of terrorist attacks. Specific technology that the DoD is looking to have developed include:

  • Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Countermeasures

  • Explosives Detection

  • Explosive Ordnance Disposal / Low Intensity Conflict

  • Improvised Device Defeat

  • Infrastructure Protection

  • Personnel Protection

  • Tactical Operations Support

  • All submittals are due by 4pm on December 1st! You are expected to turn in “Phase 1 Quad Charts” discussing how the technology that you will develop at the taxpayer’s expense will help DoD further its mission.
