This picture was taken in August 2007 at Freedom Technology, a wheelchair and hand-powered-tricycle manufacturer in Cagayan de Oro , Philippines . We were defining projects for this year's wheelchair class. We have been working with the company this year on some of its products. All the guys around me are technicians and wheelchair builders.
