This picture was taken at Disabled Aids and General Engineering (DAGE), which produces hand-powered tricycles for people with disabilities. I am working with Henry Chacha, the workshop manager for DAGE. We are prototyping a hand-crank design that has aligned pedals, instead of the typically opposed configuration.
