Study: Genentech's Cancer Fighter Avastin Helps Sickest Patients

A new study found cancer patients treated with a new drug survived two months longer than those treated only with chemotherapy. With FDA approval and more detailed research coming out, Avastin could become the next hot cancer-fighting medicine.
