What if I keep getting billing and renewal notices after I've paid?
Technology Review subscription files are maintained through a computerized system in Florida, managed by very dedicated people. However, due to the long lead time required to process large numbers of orders and payments, you may receive an additional invoice after you have already sent your payment. If so, please ignore the second reminder. But if you receive a third notice after you have paid, please let us know. Our subscription service manager and staff are at your service and will correct the situation as promptly as possible.
What is the "Preferred Subscriber Automatic Renewal Program"?
The Automatic Renewal Program is our way of saying "thank you" to our best customers—by providing the easiest, most convenient, hassle-free service possible. We will continue your subscription without interruption until you tell us to stop. We'll send you written notice at least 30 days prior to sending your last issue to be sure you want to continue receiving Technology Review. Do nothing and your renewal will automatically be processed, or request cancellation and we'll remove your name from the automatic renewal program.
