Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in online media sales. You must be a positive self-motivator who thrives in an energetic, fast-pace environment. We''re looking for creative leaders who use a consultative sales approach while navigating, over the phone, through large manufacturers and their agencies to create new business opportunities. This Account Executive must be able to effectively work with top decision makers at both the leading agencies and Fortune 1000 companies.
Responsibilities - Effectively communicate the benefits of our advertising services over the phone
- Proactively build a territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, and closing medium to large-size advertisers
- Communicate with senior level executives, at both manufacturers and agencies, about how we can help them meet their goals and objectives
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals
- Present new business opportunities to manufacturers and agencies
- Create sales presentations and proposals

- Coordinate multiple departments, internally, to ensure clients’ needs are fulfilled
Qualifications - 3+ years online advertising sales
- Phone sales and cold-calling
- Record of attaining and surpassing sales goals

- Positive attitude and self-motivation is a must for thriving in a start-up/entrepreneurial environment
- Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to positively adapt to change in a fast-pace work environment
- Familiarity and expertise with the Internet and online retail
- Skilled in being able to explain complex technology in everyday terms

An injury that left him temporarily bedridden at age 20 prompted him to get serious about life. Now with two master’s degrees, a PhD, and five patents under his belt, this PE manager at Freescale Semiconductor has found success on an entirely new playing field.
