Checkbox Survey Solutions, Inc. (http://www.checkbox.com) is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join their sales team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and eager individual to work with a seasoned sales team and learn software sales from the ground up. The position is full-time and based in our Watertown, MA headquarters.

Checkbox Survey Solutions is a key player in the development of both hosted and server-based survey software and feedback solutions. Our junior sales executive will become a valuable member of our sales team by keeping current customers active and engaged and by soliciting new sales leads. The junior sales executive will start off his or her career at Checkbox by focusing on customer retention and closing software support and annual hosted account renewals. He or she will work closely with our senior sales staff to learn the ins and outs of the Checkbox Survey product as well as our sales process. It is expected that the junior sales executive will graduate within twelve months to giving product demos, soliciting outbound leads, and closing new business.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, eager to learn, and be flexible enough to work in a dynamic small company environment. While we encourage and reward outstanding personal achievements, we are also looking for a candidate that will bring fresh ideas and a positive team attitude to the table.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; degree in technology-related field a plus
• 0-2 years sales or related intern experience; software or technical environment strongly preferred
• Superior communication, selling, and negotiating skills
• Assertive, self-motivated, innovative personality with initiative to solicit new business and retain existing client base
• Technically proficient; experience with Microsoft Office Software/Word/Excel/Outlook; knowledge of web-based and/or database software
