Digital Influence Group is currently seeking a Vice President, Media, to lead the creation and execution of innovative online media strategies for clients and new business prospects across emerging and traditional paid digital media channels. The VP is responsible for developing and implementing integrated online media campaigns that promote and communicate our clients'' brands/products to key constituencies – which includes developing ways to leverage and nurture online communities.

The VP leads team efforts and manages multiple client engagements where media campaign strategy, planning and implementation are the primary focus of the relationship. He/She partners with our Marketing, Creative, Technology and Production teams to develop and implement integrated online media campaigns that optimize our clients'' presence across the digital landscape. Additionally, the VP is responsible for shaping and growing the Media team, establishing best practices, providing structure and fostering team development. The VP reports directly to the President. 

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field 8-10 years experience in digital marketing and/or media planning in an interactive/traditional ad agency, direct marketing, cable/broadcasting or similar media environment required
Must have held a senior management position within a marketing/advertising agency setting
Deep understanding of traditional paid and emerging digital media; proven thought leadership in the evolution of social media channels and how to effectively use them as part of integrated interactive marketing campaigns
Well versed in social media networks and measurement of consumer usage and community participation patterns; strong understanding of pop-culture and current technology
Proven leadership and management skills; ability to lead several campaigns at once from start to finish; effectively manage direct reports and client teams
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines and effectively multi-task
Must have a creative mind and a desire for learning about, understanding and embracing new technologies and trends
Ongoing knowledge of current measurement tools
