Dataxu - Director of Client Services DataXu is pioneering the next generation of advertising technology for the Internet. DataXu’s goal is to disrupt and transform the $25 billion online display advertising market by providing ad agencies and their brand clients the first “buy side” automated, real-time ad optimization platform. The Dx platform gives brands a scalable way to dramatically reduce the cost of display advertising by leveraging their consumer data to find, optimally price, and purchase ad media on the new ad exchanges operated by Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft. The DataXu team combines machine learning experts from MIT with successful entrepreneurs in the interactive advertising business. We are building a world-class technology company and looking for the best and brightest people to join our team and help us build the company. DataXu is located at 222 Third Street, Cambridge, MA (Kendall Square near the Galleria). Director of Client Service - The DCS will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client services delivery relationship, including planning, launch and optimization of ad campaigns. The ideal candidate is highly articulate, has strong quantitative skills, experience running interactive advertising campaign management teams and systems, and the ability to form and maintain a highly satisfied customer relationship with ad agencies and brand marketers. The DCS will collaborate and team with DataXu Product Management, Sales and Marketing and DataXu customers. Basic qualifications: * Strong track record of accomplishment in agency, network or exchange online media buying and planning * 5 years of relevant experience * Strong analytical ability * Good rolodex and industry contacts * Knowledge of third party ad serving technology (such as DART/DFA, Atlas DMT or MEDIAplex) * Working knowledge of HTML * Basic knowledge of ad server and exchange reporting formats and APIs * Excellent organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Intellectually curious Opportunity: * Join the leadership team of a top online ad performance technology company * Contribute to dynamic revenue growth * Work with world class technologists and entrepreneurs * Early equity participation * Competitive salary and benefits DataXu is an equal opportunity employer.
