Congress Makes Room for More Foreigners for High-Tech Jobs

The spending bill Congress pushed through over the weekend includes a provision that will increase the number of foreign high-tech workers that U.S. companies can hire each year. Critics say the measure will make it more difficult for tech workers to find jobs.
