ComputerWorld has an interesting article about companies cracking down on P2P on corporate networks --- largely because of fear of lawsuits.

(Sad, companies could also be afraid of wasting bandwidth, or wasting employee's time, or even the flow of viruses. But apparently it takes direct lawsuits to get companies to tighten up their act...)
