Liquid Battery vs. Hydro

Dear Mr. Bullis,
Can you tell me whats the estimated cost per kwh of the electricity coming out of the battery, if coal power plants were used to generate it? How soon can this technology come out and is this going to reach developing countries like us in the Philippines anyime soon? We are experiencing 6 hour brownouts here due to severe droughts affecting the hydropower plants.
