MIT News Office photographer Donna Coveney adjusts a frame as she prepares for the opening of The Heart of MIT: 20 Years of Photography by Donna Coveney in January at the Compton Gallery. The retrospective, which runs through September, celebrates her two decades documenting the wonders of MIT. The photograph at left, which she took in 2000, shows Kismet, a robot that mimics emotion, with Cynthia Breazeal of the Media Lab. View some of Coveney’s most memorable images of the Institute.
